Mike and Brenda started POV Home Watch in 2015 by providing seasonal or vacant homeowners with monitoring reports to verify that their home is secure and being maintained. With reporting through a custom home profile and digital photos, homeowners have peace of mind knowing that competent people are in place to watch over their home. POV Home Watch is certified and accredited by the Florida Home Watch Association which requires members to be bonded, insured, and committed to upholding the highest standards in the industry.

The Martyniak's have lived in the Tampa Bay area over 35 years. Their home and office is based in Hudson, Florida where they provide POV Home Watch services to West Pasco, Hernando and Northern Hillsborough Counties.

Located just 2 miles from the Gulf of Mexico, they understand the challenges of owning property in the Florida climate.

Mike's 30-year project management background in defense electronics developed his strong attention to detail and built the foundation for his service approach—to exceed customer expectations. As an advocate for absentee property owners, Mike recognizes the responsibility and importance of proactive monitoring and detailed reporting.

In 2003, Brenda earned her college degree in Interior Design and started Point of View, Inc. Through her marketing experience, she developed extensive skills in graphic design and communications. Her creative and analytical perspective brings focus to improving services and building relationships with clients and the community.
